Katie is responsible for overseeing the Interior Design staff in regards to the purchasing, budgeting, contracts and final FF&E implementation. She works with purchasing and logistics to set up and manage the installation teams for each job, along with the design team. Katie also works with the Interior designers to confirm that the FF&E specifications meet all quality and suitability requirements for commercial appropriateness and works closely with purchasing to develop new vendor relationships and source appropriate new product based on project needs. Katie has extensive experience in model merchandising, high-end residential, interior detailing and commercial projects. Katie is a Licensed and Certified Interior Designer in the State of Florida.

Her background working with production builders, high-end residential construction and even a fine dining conglomerate has offered her insight in the various aspects and details of architecture and interior design. Sarah is incredible at sticking to deadlines, budgets and negotiating competitive pricing with manufacturers and suppliers.
